Service Contracts
Once your security system is installed, we are able to offer you a service contract, depending on your own needs or indeed insurance company requirements. We can tailor this to suit you. This can be once or twice a year, however it is important to note that any police monitored systems are required to be serviced twice a year. All of our systems are subject to NSI audits twice a year.
If you are unhappy with your existing intruder alarm provider, we would be more than happy to take on your service contract from them. All we require is that your system is of a current acceptable standard and then we will do the rest. We guarantee it will save you money and you will have the reassurance that our highly skilled service engineers will complete a job to your satisfaction. Switching over contracts with your existing supplier is as easy as transferring your gas or electric supply, we can advise you on how to do this with the minimum of fuss.
Onsite Assessment
Our Engineers will visit you onsite and will carry out a full risk assessment of your premises. We will then produce a report for you detailing our recommendations on the type of system suitable for you. We will work closely with you to make any changes to the system you choose. When we install the intruder system, we will work with you to minimise any potential impact it may have in your home or business whilst the system is being installed.
All our quotes are free and you have no obligation to buy. We do not believe in any hard selling to any of our customers. The site assessment will be carried out by a highly skilled engineer who is fully qualified. This gives you peace of mind that you are getting the very best service from the start.
